I want to change my Secondary Password. What should I do?

Secondary Passwords are no longer issued. If you have forgotten or lost access to your current Secondary Password, please ask our support team to deactivate it.

We recommend signing up for Google Authenticator afterwards to secure your account as you will not be able to do so with a Secondary Password.
