The following are examples of recovery cases that we cannot offer any additional assistance on.
- Requests that were sent more than 3 days after the incident (25 days for deleted character recovery)
- Reselection of event characters
- Mileage Shop related requests
- Trascendence recovery after obtaining the same item
- Items deleted due to reaching their expiry dates
