Items sent from your Inbox will be stored in your Mailbox for up to 30 days.
Items will disappear along with mail that they have been attached to once this 30 day storage period has been exceeded, and unfortunately, will not be able to be restored.
I forgot to receive an item I had sent to my Mailbox. What should I do if the mail has disappeared?
