This page outlines how Neople complies with the obligations set forth under the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA).
 

Point of Contact for Authorities in the EU

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) (“DSA”), the competent authorities of the European Union may contact Neople directly and in English at the following email address: DSA_authorities@neople.co.kr

Please note that we will not respond to requests sent to those addresses by anyone other than the European Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. This contact point is reserved exclusively for communications from EU Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.

When contacting us, please include the following in all contacts:
- Contactor’s full name and job title
- Name of the represented EU authority

 

In addition, pursuant to Article 13 of the DSA, VeraSafe has been appointed as Neople’s legal representative in the European Union for the purposes of the DSA.

The competent authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services may contact VeraSafe, in addition to or instead of the above contact point, regarding matters necessary for ensuring compliance with, and the enforcement of decisions issued pursuant to, the DSA. In accordance with Article 12 of the DSA, users of our services may contact us for general inquiries and reporting illegal content via: https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
When submitting a report, please select the relevant game title and include all required information.
Each report is reviewed carefully and individually. If action is taken based on a report, we will provide a statement of reasons for the affected user or content provider. If you disagree with the outcome of a report or a penalty applied to your account, you may submit an appeal.
